You can design products for specific users to meet their specific needs. Even if your target audience is not new to the Web, make sure that visitors who have no experience visit your site are rewarded. The average user prefers an intuitive interface, and when designing a website, you should be able to predict what the user will do next. To get the product into the mainstream, it must be simple, and should be able to meet user needs. Visitors usually don't care much about what your technology can do, they just care about what your service can help them do.
